Social media advertisement showing as QVC, factory outlet shop, cozyagiftful selling and advertising all sorts of products. Offering special sales or bogo.

Send fake tracking number that can’t be found unless you use their site. Says delivered and products never arrive.

It was labeled under QVC -- cozyagiftful4835. I ordered 2 GCI Outdoor Pack Away Portable Rocking Chairs. (Buy 2 get 2 free). I ordered on 6/25/2026, received a confirmation number -- ZZEX260220084353YQ -- NOT a RELIABLE number. I finally got a reply from "cozyagiftful" stating that my order had been delivered. The reply came from [email protected].

The vendor had a sale for buy three chairs get three free, which I took advantage of, purchased on 6/28/26. Tracking was done through a site called track 718. It was indicated on the site that the package was transferred to the USPS and subsequently delivered to me and left on my porch on 7/18/26, which was a lie. I called the post office and gave them the only tracking number I have which they could not pull up in any system. They also indicated that when packages are transferred over to them from other shippers that a USPS tracking number is generated. I called my bank to dispute the charge after sending the vendor two emails and calling the phone number listed on my account statement, which went straight to a voice mailbox that was full so you can't leave a message.

Ordered a chair off of QVC I thought but ended up being from cozyagiftful.com seller Tina Cerina for 34.49. Finally got a tracking number after several weeks, looked it up and said number not found. So contacted seller, said they would speed up delivery. Contacted seller again after a week and said I wanted refund cause it was taking so long. They contacted back saying item had been delivered on July 9 on my porch which it hadn't. Contacted them again and said it must have been delivered to wrong address. I had never received item. Said I wanted a refund. Just got an email today saying they couldn't give me a refund till I had returned the item which I never received. I'm sure it was never delivered, none of my neighbors said they didn't get it by mistake either. PayPal refunded my money but said when they contacted seller Tina Cerina they said it had been delivered which is a lie. Looked the company up online after all this and said it was a scammer using QVC.

I ordered two chairs for ($59.09) and supposedly get 2 free. I have not received these and to try to track them is a nightmare.
