They had an ad on TikTok. The item looked nice, so after seeing the ad several times I decided to order it. Paid and have been tracking it thru the order screen I left open on my browser, as the email confirmation never arrived. When their delivery attempts didn't match my security footage I reached out. Eventually they marked it as delivered, yet no delivery ever reached my home and the delivery attempt notes don't match my address. They claim they can't see who the shipping company is when I asked for that info, yet also state that they will reach out to the shipping company. I asked why they marked something as delivered that clearly wasn't. Still no real answers.

The tracking first trying to say no one was home for the delivery until I told them I don't work and have a ring camera on 24/7 then it started with the misroute, wrong building code (which I don't need or have), delivery truck broke down was held at the depot now it says out for delivery again

Product has not been delivered. I received notice that no one was home for delivery (I was working in my front yard all day). The next notice said that the truck broke down. The next notice said that the door code was wrong. I don't have a door code, I live in a single family home. It now says that the item is being held at the depot.

I ordered from them June and they keep giving me the runaround. It's almost a month later. I've contacted their customer service and that's when they'll send out this fake email saying it's in customs, it was rerouted, etc. I've still not received anything and they are a scam. I can never find a phone number to contact and every time I send an email all they do is send me this email about it in customs, it was rerouted, etc., etc. And I'm getting tired. Now I have to file a complaint to get my money back and because of the time I may not get the money back so counting it as a loss but I wanted to report them so other people can be aware. They are on social media platforms, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
