I believe and I know I was misled and scammed by CoveBalm. I followed the company’s return instructions and mailed five unopened products to the return address they provided in China. The package has been held in China customs since July 2, 2026, and I have not received my refund. I am concerned that I was provided a questionable or invalid overseas return address, making it extremely difficult or impossible for the merchandise to be delivered and for me to receive the refund I was promised. I am requesting ScamPulse.com assistance in obtaining my refund and investigating this company’s return practices.

I ordered product from this site, Covebalm. They signed me up for a subscription and I have no way of cancelling the subscription. They refuse to refund my money.
