Claimed online court records but did not produce records. Was to pay $1 for search but was charged $20 a month march through May. Disputed charges with bank and was refunded for march and April, but not May. They claimed I purchased a bulk delivery, but they not only didn’t produce any records, they told me my account was closed but they still charged me for May. Will dispute last charge with bank. Finally they demanded the last eight digits of the card I used to process refund, but my bank issued me a new card but they were still able to charge. Will address this with bank.

This site claims to provide current and historical court records for a fee. The site is set up to appear like you are paying a one-time fee for a one-time download of a court record. However, I received a monthly service fee of $20 for two months after the initial download. I never agreed to the monthly service fee or ever thought that I was signing up for some "subscription service." This site is a scam. Please warn others not to engage with this business.

I ordered one single court record on the OFFICIAL STATE WEBSITE. They fulfilled this order from to courtrec.com and gave my credit card info and paid one dollar for one basic report. I know for an absolute fact that I did not sign up for any kind of subscription, volume discount, etc. I then started getting 20.00 per month charges. Their website is designed to make it impossible for you to cancel this on your own. There is no way for you to close your account. You have to chat with the AI customer service agent who will make up an excuse about you accidentally signing up for volume discount, when this was absolutely not the case. I am very upset that this is the company that california and utah both contract with and link to it directly through their state websites.

Online Shopping Scam

This website had me pay an initial 1 time fee to look up court records. Later i found that they had started charging me monthly. $20.00 for 2 months now and $10.00 this month. When i try to go to the website and log in, I somehow have no credentials and no one at customer support can find me so they wont cancel or delete the account.
