Back in May of 2024 I signed with the Amazon agency, Amazon Engineers/Unity Liquidation LTD, run by Andrew Kim. Before signing our agreement, there was a mutual understanding that everything must be done in accordance with laws and Amazon policy. I initially sent $10,000 for products I believed to be authentic. The brand was Estee Lauder. All was going well, the products were selling, customers were not complaining. The initial $10,000 had nearly sold out so I sent $26,090 from July 11th through the 26th. On July 29th, 2024 my account was hit with a deactivation due to inauthentic complaints. At first, I believe this would be no issue because in our agreement and understanding everything was to be sourced authentically and be documented. A few days after the deactivation I had asked why there was no submission, I was told a POA was being made. Days turned into weeks, weeks into months. Eventually, the bubble burst and information came out that the products Amazon Engineers was sourcing were counterfeit. Documents such as chinese invoices for the counterfeits, chat logs of Andrew's past scams and 30 other affected clients surfaced. Andrew continued to deny these claims and said he would issue refunds. These refunds never came and shortly after he ended all contact with his clients. The last time we spoke was January 2nd, we spoke in regards to a potential refund which never happened. I continued to message him and he has read my messages but has chosen to ignore them. On January 15th, I attempted to send a message but it was unable to deliver. Unfortunately, this scam that Andrew Kim, the owner of Amazon Engineers, ran affected over 30 people, destroying their business. Additionally, he stole a collective amount of $300,000-$500,000 from all his clients.
