I received several targeted ads on social media for the product (orthopaedic sandals) and purchased them online (using credit card) from a reputedly Canadian company. The product I received was inferior, not as advertised or made of the same materials; it was plastic instead of leather. The 'Refund/Return' page on their website as well as my order email, both advertised 30-day returns following delivery, however when I contacted the company, they claim the return window is 14 days.

The product is supposedly Canadian but ships from China. There is no phone number or specific address on their webpage and only says they're located in 'Yorkvile, Toronto' (not Yorkville). On the homepage of their website, the company claims to be a "Toronto-based brand" founded in 2016.

This scammer is posing as a brick and mortar store in Yorkville, Toronto but is an online company selling garbage knock offs from China. Their return policy makes you return it to their warehouse in Asia instead of Toronto and will only reimburse you 25 - 50% of your purchase AFTER you pay shipping to return to Asia.
