My 13 year old son follows this business on Instagram. They make it look like they are reputable with lots of followers and views etc. All my son wanted for Christmas was a pair of Nike phantoms and he sent me the link to buy them through Cleatelite. After talking a very long time to arrive, I messaged them to which they told me “ they are coming from Europe” and would be there soon. When they arrived finally they were without a box, a strong chemical smell and came from China. We immediately messaged them and they told us if we sent the shoes back they would offer a refund. I spent another 25 dollars mailing the shoes back. Tracking told us they arrived at the destination. ( a home address in Ajax) It was then that he ghosted us. We filed a police report and my husband sent him an email warning him that the police will now be involved. He miraculously responded said he would send us a refund if we took our Trust pilot review down. Since then, he stopped responding. It’s also important to note that before our bad review there were maybe three or four others . Since ours was posted , seven or eight 5 star reviews just happened to post right away. This company is dishonest, fraudulent and just plain awful!!! Buyer beware.
