Scammed by Coulton Financial Group

The company was getting me a loan for 5000 and told me they found a lender that will lend me and they are in Canada but I had option for a payment collateral where I had to pay 4 months of the loan before getting it so I paid the first part and they said I had to pay the broader fees then 2050 dollars later she told me the lenders did not wanna go through with the loan but if I payed 700 more dollars coulton financial group would take over the loan. I paid the $700 with a promise of my $5,000.They sent me what I thought was from the CEO Mark Wentworth which looks legit. I have been talking to Casey Hutchson and she said that due to me not wanting to any further that they would refund me my $2400 that I gave them within 5 days of Certified mail. I never received it. It’s been 1 1/2 months and no one will answer my calls or emails.
