Online Retailer Scam

I placed an order for my child for Christmas on December 11. And January 10, I still had no update as to if this shift or when to expect this, The company emailed you back two days later and said it was on route. I have been waiting for this package initially meant as a Christmas present I was tracking the package, and initially it said January 20, but after the company emailed me the third time they said it was delivered on January 13 somehow miraculously delivery date change, and it was said that it was delivered. I was home the entire day of January 13 and my house has video surveillance on the entire outside. No package was delivered that day from this company. I have emailed this company several times and not received a refund nor a proper explanation. This is a scam.

This website is heavily advertising to parents on Facebook: http://cosmody.com/

After reviewing their site and seeing the product and their glowing reviews, I purchased one of the boards they are selling. I purchased the board on 12/9 and after 10 days looked it up and it was in China! After 20 days, it was still in China. Finally after 30 days it has arrived and is less than half the size that the site advertises and is very low quality. This site/company is fake but claim they are a Europe based company.
