My husband purchased a corvette part from this company on Facebook. He was originally told $300 for the part which he paid through PayPal. Now he is being told they want another $225 for insurance to ship the part. He refused to pay the additional $225 so they are not sending the part and are ignoring our texts to refund the $300. We have both called the phone number only to get a voice mail for google.

Scammed by Corvette auto parts for sale on Facebook for a car part

Contacted scammer through Face Book. I purchased a car part from Corvette auto parts for sale and paid through PAYPAL [email protected]. I paid in full 125. I was then contacted by Corvette auto parts for sale, now they demanded an additional 100 for insurance before they would ship my purchased part. This is when I realized something was not right. I refused to pay the additional 100 dollars, now they are keeping my part and not shipping. They also refused to cancel my order and return my 125. payment
