Ordered recliner in May 2026. First shipment didn't make thru customs. Shipped again from Australia. Tracking showed delivered 9/19/26. Company did respond to my inquiry to clarify address. It was correct. Chair not received. Waiting for resolution but very unhappy with transaction.

Ordered a couch did not come contacted customer service through them and worldship and got several emails until it said that it was delivered and signed for by me but was not delivered or signed for still emailing I do not think it is a real website.
