ZERO STARS! BUYER BEWARE!
I ordered a beautiful wood piece, 'Love Eternal Wooden Decoration Ornament", for $23.48. It was described as hand-carved & was stained. What I received was an ugly, unfinished, & totally different piece that looked nothing like what was pictured online. I contacted customer service & sent them pictures. (See attachments). They offered me TWO DOLLARS in compensation! These people are SCAM ARTISTS. They will not allow a return & insult me with $2 in compensation when they sent me a garbage piece of junk. DON'T TRUST THEM! They are based in CHINA (customer service admitted that to me) tho they claim it comes from Italy. Everything about these scammers is a LIE.

The amount the company says they are charging during checkout and in the following email receipt is a different (lesser) amount than what is actually charged. When attempting to cancel the order, they try every trick in the book to avoid cancelling and keep the customer's money.
