Ordered online from cooparls.com, gave me a fake tracking number and a fake place to track. I kept emailing them about when I’m getting the sweatshirts. They tell me it’s in customs. The only reason I ordered from them was the Advertising said made in USA and shipped from LA.warehouse. Then they tell me it’s delivered, I told the company I didn’t receive, they came back and said check with your neighbors they probably have it. I ordered these items on January 10th and still getting the run around. The customer service email is - [email protected]. Last email I sent, I asked for the delivery company, date it was delivered. They came back and said they were working on it.
