My pediatrician recommended this product to me at my children’s annual wellness visit for a condition he has called molluscum contagiosum. The website was completely functional when I ordered the product and as of 3/5/25 it has vanished into thin air. I contacted the email address listed in the account set-up confirmation email that I received on 3/5/25. The product was ordered through their website and my credit card was charged for the product but the customer service has not responded. I have sent a complaint to the credit card company of which I used to purchase this product. I want others to know NOT to purchase from this company. The conzerol website was hosted by Shopify and I am also going to bring this matter to their attention. Thank you!
