We received a mailed notice from Conventional Home Lender that looked like an official or lender-related final warning about our property and home warranty. The notice used urgent language and implied that the mortgage lender may require a home warranty, but it did not clearly identify a real lender and included fine print stating it was not affiliated with the “current” mortgage holder. I believe the mailing was designed to mislead recipients into calling the number 1(877) 337-0709 and purchasing a home warranty.
