I ordered via social media a set of canisters in December, 2023. Received a confirmation email. By the end of January, 2024, I still hadn't received my order so I emailed them. They informed me that my package was sent via Fed Ex and gave me a tracking number. The tracking number shows a picture of a box at a door that doesn't belong to me. I have emailed [email protected] a couple of times now and no response.

On 12/17/2023, I purchased a set of canisters through an Instagram ad. I received an email confirmation of the order. After two weeks I had not received the product so I emailed the customer service email to check the status. It was returned as undeliverable. I tried calling the phone number on their website - it is "no longer in service".

Fast forward to 1/30/2024 - I received an email (signed by a customer service manager) apologizing for the delay but they were "happy to inform me" my order had shipped via FedEx, noting a tracking number.

I checked the tracking number via FedEx website. It shows the package was delivered in my city to "shipping/receiving" and signed for by an unknown name. I also noted the time it was signed for as received was the exact same date and time of the email from the CS manager! My credit card was charged on that same date (1/30/2024).

I have emailed them twice since with screen shot of the FedEx tracking info, explaining I did not get the product. No response!

Today I emailed advising I was disputing the charge, reporting them to BBB (not that they care!). Lesson learned - don't buy products off social media and do your research on companies before buying.

The same exact thing happened to me. Placed an order; received confirmation; after a few weeks, nothing. I emailed the company asking when I could expect to receive my order and was told (about a week later) via email that the order had shipped and was delivered via fed ex. Typed in the tracking number and there is a package at someone's door -- not my door. Now, cannot get anyone to respond!

I had the same last week.
Fedex delivered but not!
I've called FedEx and delivered was another address.
The phone is ot working from them and emails are not answered.

I wonder what will happen.

I ordered a set of canisters 12/16/23 and never received them. Got a confirmation email with no contact information for the business. Went to the website and attempted to email and it was returned undeliverable. Called them and the number is not in service. Checked my card statement and the transaction went to “Paradise Travelers Tour” 8889086516. I tried calling that number and it went to a voicemail with no answer.

Ordered 3 sets of containers never received them, for at total of $65.
Only got a receipt but nothing else, no tracking info.
Also charged for 3 different donations to various organizations for $60. I was able to dispute these on my credit card and am waiting for the $65 dispute to go through.
Will never order anything from Facebook again.
On my statement the charges were from fitness master and electronic job out of Texas

Ordered a product (3 sets of storage containers). Used my credit card. They took the money & stated they would send an email with a tracking number in 1-2 days. They sent an email with the receipt only after I constantly emailed them. Their website states they deliver within 7 days. It has been 11 days since I made the purchase. I have tried to contact them thru the phone number but it has been disconnected. I have sent numerous emails with no reply's. I have not received a tracking number or the product has shipped email as of this date.

Total money lost $105.90.
11-12-23, I placed an order of 1 set of 6 piece of storage containers.
11-13-23, I received email stating my order was being shipped.
12-27-23, after several emails requesting information on my order, I have only 3 responses.
One response stating my order sent to wrong address. Another email stating they are looking into. Responses are vague. I have not heard from them in over three weeks. They did charge several times for the same order. What a rip off.

I ordered 2 cannister sets from an advertisement on Facebook. I put in all my information, including credit card info, but when I hit the order button, it appeared to not take it. So, stupidly, I re-entered my info, with a different card, and it completed the order. Later, I checked both of my accounts and they both had been charged. I should have become suspicious when I did not receive a confirmation email for either order. However, I have worked with valid companies who were lacking on communication skills but delivered their product on time. I, too, did not receive my product and, after 20 days, I emailed them, asking about the ETA of my orders. I, too, received tracking numbers for both orders. Curiously, the tracking showed 2 different states of origin. They were both delivered to the "wrong address" by FedEx. I have sent many emails explaining what happened to my packages, but there has been no response.

Product ordered 11/15.
Phone# on invoice and website disconnected. Received shipping email 11/29. 21 days later and product still not received. Should've checked here first!

I ordered the canister set online that was marked on Snapchat. I received a confirmation email and later a shipping email. Anxious to receive the product, I used the tracking link provided to find a picture of someone else's doorstep the package was delivered to. I emailed several times the support address listed on the emails and website. No response. I called FedEx for assistance. They confirmed the package was picked up at a dicks sporting goods warehouse and to call them; they provided the phone # as well. Called DSG warehouse and they were unfamiliar with the company name containershaven and unable to assist. So I went back to the emails again. Still no response. I was just out the funds. Buyers beware. I do not know how these container ads are still everywhere on social media sites...

The product was delivered to the wrong address and I was charged again, also a higher amount then the 1st time. Where I live they take a photo of the package delivery at the door. I've never found this door, I've looked everywhere around where I live and posted the photo online for my community to help which many have. Interestingly, the package in the photo is not the containers though, it is much to small so after reading these reviews I'm willing to bet they sent something of little value to the wrong address on purpose and when it shows as delivered it is then the deliverer that made error, not the container company. Last straw to buying online.

I purchased the product & it was delivered to the wrong address. I reached out to the company who sent another tracking number showing it once again delivered to the wrong address. Then they said they would refund the purchase which they never did. I contacted the company weekly or more for two months after they promised to refund the money & they didn't return messages.

I bought these containers along with a nesting mixing bowl set back in May 2023. It is now September and I still have not received either of the items or a refund. I have been emailing back and forth with an “administrator” by the name Olivia (total of 14 as of this afternoon 9/4/23). These emails have contained fake tracking numbers (belonging to different companies and customers) and promises to refund my money. As of today I have yet to have a resolution for this issue!

I ordered a canister set online and it was delivered to the wrong address twice. After the first mis delivery I reached out and did receive an email back saying they would fix it. They sent an email with a new tracking number and it was mis delivered as well. After all this I had a random charge on my bank account only to find out it was the same place and it was for more than double the original price. So I’ve paid for a product I never received nor once, not twice but three times now!
