When searching to complete my BOI filing with the US Government, the top result is a scam website posing as a US government website. They have a fake US Government seal on the website and charge $349 to submit the BOI filings, stealing your information at the same time. BOIR.ORG is the website and it requests EIN, ADDRESS, and personal identification numbers like DL or Passport.

thought I was online with to file my BOIR report, which you can do directly on the FinCen website and it is free. Called my bank to reverse the charges, they are just a pass through charging a fee to process paperwork that does not require a payment. Should be stopped.

I found a charge on my bank account for $149 BOIR STANDARD and when I googled it there were two websites one was BOIR.org and the other one looked like boir.com the call, he asked what money is this, he said, "Have you used any of our website?" I said, What have we used?" And you used it. You used it. I didn't do anything. Show me some proof. They hung up. I kept calling him for two days and or asked him about some receipts and then give me an invoice copy of service if performed? They are picking my phone.
