I ordered from their website and my credit card was charged that day. I did not receive my order for over 30 days. When the order finally arrived it was not the brand of jeans I ordered. The size was not the size I ordered and they were not in the color I ordered. They only accept returns within 30 days of the order not 30 days after you receive the product. You also need to return the product to an address in China using a shipping method that you can track.

I ordered what I thought were Judy Blue jeans from the website comfy cargo pants. If you look at trust piolet and social media, this page has horrible reviews and everyone is saying the same thing. These people are scammers. Several people have ordered denim jeans through them. It takes over a month to receive the order and when it arrives, the quality is nothing like the pictures at all. They give you the run around with generated emails. If you do try to contact the provided number, you end up getting a busy signal. So many people have lost money because of the shady business practices for this company. They will not refund money nor provide their shipping address to return items. I would like to see action taken against this company. I have sent multiple emails and now they will not respond.

Hello👋, I ordered 2 pair of cargo pants the same size different style, one pair was kind of ok the other was total disaster.Except the color ,everything as style, size, length, and quality was wrong...
is absolutely different style... no pockets, too small in the waist, too short in lengt, and terrible workmanship sewing the garment,no buttonhole...
my order # 9650 and i need immediate refund , I can return the pants since they are terrible and would want them for free..
when I tried to contact seller was no response and any answer, absolute rip-off China company..Very disappointed, I should of went to read these reviews first before shopping with some scammers...

I checked out the website before ordering and it appeared it was a legit United States company, so on 12/25/23 I ordered two pair of Judy Blue brand jeans and received a confirmation email from "[email protected]". On 12/27/23 I received a shipment email and it was obviously going to be shipped from China. Around three weeks later I received a package that contained what appeared to be jeans that looked like they were made by a 10 year old and were CLEARLY not Judy Blue brand. In fact, there was no brand on the jeans anywhere. I "fought" with them on email for a few days and finally gave up. They told me that I would have to pay for the shipping to China and I would only get a percentage of my money back. They also stated that sometimes they have to send "variants" if they don't have in stock what is ordered. They totally ignored my complaints and kept sending the same automated emails. I wanted to leave a bad review but there is nowhere on their website to leave a review. I work for a law firm and am normally very cautious about Facebook ads and websites, but this one seemed legit. My bad.

Ad on Facebook showed Judy Blue Jeans for $39.99. After 3 weeks, jeans showed up without label, loose threads, poor quality and not the brand stated. Won’t refund despite clear photos. Offered 5% discount on future orders!

My partnered Ordered a pair of Judy Blue Jeans in a size 1X for a gift for me. Was sent a no name pair of jeans in a XL. Product quality is not comparable to product represented on website. When emailing the website they only give generic responses with no offer to replace or refund. Telephone number is not in service.

I ordered the brand judy blue jeans -which I have ordered in the past from other retailers in the past , so I know the brand. What I received were a bad knock off and they are subpar for a knock off - the button can not even fit through the buttonhole, stitching is puckered. The only tag inside a size tag- it does not even have the judy blue tag inside.

I wrote the company 3 -4 times to request a refund & all I grt back is this generic form attached.

I also looked the company name on facebook & there were multiple posts describing the same incident to other customers

I ordered a pair of Judy blue jeans from comfy pants company through my PayPal and my money was send to shirts in style. I ve filed a complaint.
And I have received emails from comfy pants asking me to stop the complaint.

I ordered a pair of 'Judy Blue' jeans off this website and what I received was some cheap jegging that is very clearly not what I ordered. They will give me a refund only if I ship them back to China but at that point I probably will lose half of my money. Absolutely unacceptable given what they sent me is not at all what I ordered, false advertising.

The jeans I received were not as advertised. Were defective. And when I tried to return them they would cost me 200 dollars when I only paid 84 dollars.
