Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

I received a voicemail from a Kimberly Watson agent number 1299 saying she was calling from the Colorado Student Loan Center and to please return the call to discuss student loan forgiveness. So, I called the number and a guy answered and took all of my information. Then after he logged into my account (I’m assuming)said he would be able to eliminate my $70k in student loan debt if I could make a payment today of $2500 and then monthly installments of $50 for 24 months. It wasn’t until that that I realized it was a complete scam. I did not give him any of my information about banks or anything but he did ask my security question answers, and to verify my social security number. I do not know who else to contact. When I said I couldn’t make a payment today he send me an iMessage from a California phone number with his name “Christian Mitchell” and told me to call him when I’m ready to make a payment.

Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

I received a call from a 213-549-9313 Los Angeles number that stated that my student loan forgiveness application was flagged and was a serious matter. Therefore, I needed to contact the 720-794-8666 Boulder Office. I called, and there was an automated setup for the Colorado Student Loan Center a gave options to a customer service representative. They asked questions about my loan, and then I asked if they were a Public or Private institution. The supposedly representative name was Camilo, and he got very irritated by my question. He answered to waste other people's time ******, and hung up.
