They are calling myself and my wife constantly with very harassing statements. They are saying they are a law firm and I took out a credit card from Washington Mutual that I never did. The Credit card was suppose to be open in a state that I didnt even reside in at the time

Ebcc sent me threats to garnish my wages on a hospital bill I didn't owe 0 dollars on at all it stated I didn't have insurance and I do and it says I was s elf pay they added a ton of interest and was rude as hell when I called to confront

Voice message (786-310-5985) and text (321-415-4457) sent to multiple family members (Son - Aaron *****, daughter-in-law - Michele *****, mother-in-law - Joy *****, and property owner James *****). Text stated "Hey Aaron, how are you. I was reaching out to you regarding the property that James & Diane ***** owned in DUNEDIN, FL. Were you aware that a auction date has been placed on the property?". The voice message received was similar and also provided a call back number of 239-203-3492.
