I searched online to find a good quality heated coat/jacket. This brand kept coming up as "Best quality" and "Number 1 rated". I purchased on 11/13/2013 and paid with my debit/credit card. On 11/30/23 it was finally delivered. I ordered a large size in mens. The jacket states it is a 2XL and it is way too smail for me? I tried to see any identifiable company info and I could not find the purchase info from 11/13/2023. I called me bank and it was stated I purched the jacked on 11.13.23 at 7:40 pm EST. I tried called their customer service # at 833-949-1266 and left a voicemail. My bank told me me the company info stated COLAPACHIC fashion. (Name of company?) I tried their website and found no info on jackets. It only showed cell phone cases. I believe i have been scammed for $80.98. The jacket is of inferior quality. The size is way off. (2 XL) and it will not even qualify for a medium in men's in my opinion. I want my money back . I believe I will NOT get any return calls from their customer service if they even have one!. Please help me. I believe I have been scammed!
