Type of a scam: Online Purchase

Scammed never got my order !!!

I made a online purchase spent over 60 dollars with the coatfrost.com company at the end of my purchase I got a email confirmation with a tracking number and it supposedly got delivered to me the other day is what the tracking says but I never received it and when I try to go to the website to view my order or try to contact anybody it says the site cannot be contacted anymore...

I ordered from what i thought was Cavender's. turns out its not real. once I paid I didn't get any confirmation email's or text messages. although they asked for my email address and phone number.

Stated the company was based in the usa in texas by the name cavenders but website says coatfrost.com.nothing stood out at first until i tried to track my package. Its is coming from china based and its been 38 days no package.tried multiple times to contact customer service and they refuse to respond.

Ordered several items from the website in December. After waiting almost a month to arrive, the tracking website said it was delivered, but I never received the items. Sent an email to customer service and they assured me they would resolve the issue but they did not. They stopped responding after the initial email.
