Paid for coloring books and markers never arrived. Asked for tracking and was given a very suspicious tracking site that stated that the package was "attempted delivery," "rerouted," "misrouted," etc for 2 months. Have emailed the company about a refund and they haven't responded.

I order adult color by numbers book with markers. I never received it. Tracking kept showing that delivery was attempted but unable to complete. My last contact with them was an email saying my issue had been escalated to management on 8/**/26. Now the tracking info is no longer available

I've been in contact with someone I assume from this company since about August 4th. They sent me a tracking link which I guess was helpful. Yesterday August 30th it said it couldn't deliver even though I was home all day. I should have checked into them better. Apparently the company's a scam so they have responded to every one of my emails. I don't know how to send those to you.

I had the same experience. Had to request a tracking number, and the tracker repeatedly said it was out for delivery/being returned for delivery. Although the tracking image showed that the product never moved. I emailed the company back, who said they would "consider" a refund, since the product was still in the system. I placed my order 42 days ago.

Claims to have shipped item, tracking constantly says, delivery attempted, incorrect address, moved to correct closer depot, vehicle breakdown, etc… ordered July 4th and still nothing, constantly asked for refund and they won’t give it because my item is still active in their system for delivery.

I have never received the products. I have sent 5 emails and tried to call the numbers I found in a group chat on fb about the company being scammers and got no answer.

I ordered coloring books on June 16. As of today August 7 it still hasn't arrived. They keep saying it's being held up in Newark. I live in NJ.
