Ordered a t-shirt for daughter for Christmas on December 10th 2021. Got email saying order received and then shipped, money taken off Visa. A month later and still no t-shirt, contacted company through email and phone number. Absolutely no response. Purchase was only $33.65, so not out alot but just be warned that this website is a scam.

I ordered a jacket and purchased expedited 3 day shipping because I needed it in time for an event. It's been over a week and my item still has not shipped, no one has responded to my numerous emails or calls and this company keeps deleting my comments on Instagram. I'm now forced to dispute this payment with my bank. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!

I purchased a jacket from this company and paid for 3 day shipping. It is now over a week later and this company will not answer the phone, they haven't responded to the numerous emails that I sent dating back a week ago and they are deleting my comments from their Instagram account when I am asking for support with my issue.

It has been almost 4 months and I haven't received my item. It says it has shipped but the UPS label hasn't been created so that gives me a little hope, but I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone to try to fix the problem.

I ordered two things, one thing was not in the package. Over a dozen emails and message go read but unanswered. They steal your money and their style is not unique I found the same exact things on other websites. Save your money. Horrible company.

cloutcollection.com is a total scam! Website is 100% false advertisement. They seem to have found a loophole is which they never respond until 30days are up for the refund to rate the product. In my experience the Nike Vapormax are “fake” not Legit! I’ll share a photo, so place close attention this awful “scam”. Items are shipped from China. Check out the placement on the Nike check and the Flynit material. I will like to add there seems to be a responder to all consumer you have scammed. Being patient does not resolve false advertisement! Bank will not protect purchases after a 120day scope, keep that in mind when filing a claim. Info.cloutcollection.shop and Sales.cloutcollection.shop will not respond to any returns after 20+ emails. Check out how the website refund policy states (example: wrong shipping address) per refund request. This clearly is a matter for them to allow consumers to ship the items to the return address shipping address. Lost packages will not be cloutcollection fault. They won’t rest to emails and would never provide a return shipping address. Save your money! Look at the “fake” on the tongues of the “fake” sneakers!

On February 2020 I bought a jacket. Never received any tracking info nor any response on ma emails and Instagram DM´s. After three months I got a message from one consignment company that I have a package there to pick up. So I went there and got no info about it either. When I opened the package, it was like a cheap version of that jacket from Aliexpress or something. But I didn't order anything like that recently on Aliexpress or website like that and then I thought that I could look into the tracking number to find out if it isn't someone else's package. Well then I found out that it is ordered from china by Clout Collection and that they scammed me and sent me some [censored]ty quality little ugly jacket.

By the way the jacket wasn't cheap, but I never received any refund I actually never was in contact with them they never replied to any of my emails or messages. What a SCAM!

Bought a pair of Vapor Max shoes, everything seemed legitimate at first, then I received the tracking info and realized they were coming from China. I did receive the shoes but they are definitely fake. DO NOTbuy from them, they will not respond to you and everything is fake!

Placed an order WEEKS ago, at first everything looked legit. The replied within a cple days with a tracking number, etc...but weeks later that tracking number is still inactive! I have emailed multiple times, tried the chatting on their website and all to no avail. Can't get so much as a peep in reply. I am working with my credit card filing a fraud claim. Do yourself a favor friends and SAVE YOUR MONEY! These scammers are making their sites better and better...its a shame. But im a firm believer in karma ALWAYS comes to collect! ; )

I thought at first this website wasn't legit since my order was taking so long to arrive. Their customer service isn't great, but my order did arrive. Took over a month sadly, don't know what is going on, but the shipping is rather slow.

Same experience. Purchased a shirt.

Never received the shirt. Never received tracking info. No communication from seller despite multiple messages and repeated emails.

DO NOT BUY.

Also, I'd like to note the one positive review above has about the most legit name I've ever heard "Bob Jeff".

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Clout Collection advertised merchandise on Instagram that caught my eye. They displayed multiple 4 & 5 star reviews with pictures from customers wearing their merchandise. After making a large purchase I received a confirmation with the status as "confirmed" and it has remained that way for a month now. After multiple attempts through customer service with no response I then tried communicating through their official FB page. Turns out, others have had the same issues (no product delivery, no communication, deleting negative comments). To date, I have not received my order, no communication from the company and they have deleted my comment warning others from their page. This all originated on February 2, 2020 with today being March 6, 2020.
