I signed up for a monthly subscription on a website called Clicks.video, which claimed to offer access to video creation tools for $29/month. After subscribing, I attempted to cancel the plan, but the website does not offer any clear method or cancellation option in the account settings.

I searched through all available pages and links on their platform, including billing and settings, and found no option to manage or cancel the subscription.

Additionally, I attempted to contact their support team via the email [email protected], but my message was returned as undeliverable — the email address does not exist. This indicates they may be intentionally preventing users from cancelling their subscription.

This situation appears to be a predatory billing scheme, and I am now unable to stop future payments or communicate with the company.
