This company is a total scam. They “claim” they offer a 60 day return policy and have a contact phone number w/24 hr 7 day a week customer service. They drag out the shipping process, the contact number is only a recording and the information they provide for a return is fake. The company takes days to respond after numerous attempts to contact them and they lied about the return process. After receiving the item, it was immediately returned . The consumer was told to ship the return product with insurance. After spending another 30 dollars to return the item, the package was refused by the seller and not accepted . The responses from the company are generic and lies. This company needs to be shut down because it is a scam.
