Call from CPG Clear Point Group Frankfort Kentucky- 5022349366. I ask person about CPG and she said the group of attorneys were representing persons who were losing money due to timeshare ownership. She (Lexy Smith?), invited me to attend a meeting to discuss or get representation and settlement for timeshare over charging consumers. She gave me date and time July 1st and 2nd at the Embassy Suite in Louisville KY. 9940 Corporate Campus Dr. 40223. I told her those dates were not acceptable for me, but she signed me up and said that she would follow up with an e-mail explaining everything. I did receive the e-mail and it was a confirmation request with no explanation. She did ask me my e-mail address and whether or not I owned a timeshare.
