Online Overseas Retailer Scam

Purchased 2 dresses shown on Instagram on April 7, 2025. Company name shown on credit card is Aiytech Wanchai. Over a month later I received the dresses but were too big overall. I requested to return them for a full refund. Have been communicating with them ever since and at first they wanted me to keep them for a refund of $7. Then they went up to $13 and we are currently at $16. They continue to claim that the return will be more than the product, and for me to accept the money they are graciously offering and gift the dresses to another person. I've tried going on Instagram to find them and report it as a scam, but I can't find the spot or dresses on there. The advertisement does not state where the product is coming from, the only indication is when it ships from Ireland or Portugal and the woman modeling the dresses is an American woman with a southern accent. Who knew!?
