I ordered a pair of Clarify Blue Glasses from ClarityBlue-USA.com, advertising that they adjust from 100 to 700 diopters, providing clear vision at any distance without switching glasses. I paid $49.94 and received a pair of Noblu Vision Glasses, which the lenses are not made of glass but plastic. I put on and can't see anything clear at all. I emailed the seller at [email protected] and requested a refund. They initially offer a partial refund of $19.99 and no need to return. I insisted on a return and a full refund, but they sent me another email saying they can only refund $33.99, and the remaining 15% was a restocking fee that was never mentioned on the website. I lost $15.95 because of this. I insisted on a full refund and told them I would file a complaint if they continued to give me hassle on it.
