I received a voicemail stating "This message is intended for ":me", claim number 20518417. This is Hayley Stevens contacting you regarding an order that was submitted to my office this morning. I need to verify your address to present you with your formal claim at your residence and your place of employment. There is a claim against you. At this point you have an opportunity to contact the firm handling your claim to discuss the matter. The firm can be reached at 866-298-0495. "My name" you've been officially notified."
