I am submitting a complaint against a business operating under the name JKaplan & Associates, located at 3295 River Exchange Dr, Suite 330, & 251 Norcross, GA 30092. The business appears to be run by individuals named Djuana Nicole Griffin/Boazman, Shuntavia Latorria Foster

This company has been contacting individuals regarding fake or expired debts, some of which are reportedly over 20 years old. They claim that if immediate payment is not made, a complaint will be filed in court. This aggressive tactic is clearly designed to intimidate individuals into paying illegitimate debts.

The email address associated with this operation is [email protected], and the phone numbers used are 833-263-8925 & 855-328-4036. Based on available information, this appears to be a third-party collection agency operating under false names and attempting to scam consumers.
