We purchased a topper for a GMC Sierra 1500 truck. It was $600 plus $150 for shipping. Then after he said it was to be shipped out he needed another $300 for shipping insurance for Global Hauling Services out of New Orleans LA. We paid through Zelle out of our bank account a total of $1050. He gave s day that it would be delivered but did not make it on that day. So we called him and he said it was in Jacksonville FL waiting on another $250 to be paid to the shipping company. We live in Pensacola FL and asked why they didn’t deliver it and instead it went to Jacksonville. He said it was because we didn’t pay the $300 but we did. We said that we were not going to pay it and asked to refund our money. He refused and then blocked us from contacting him. We sent the money to Charles Wills
