I placed an order with Civil Regime (from CivilClothing.com) totaling over $300 and have not received the items. Both Civil Regime and the shipping carrier, OnTrac, have stated that they do not have the package or are unable to locate it. Despite providing documentation and making multiple attempts to resolve this matter, Civil Regime has stopped responding to my inquiries. The purchase was made through Affirm, and I am requesting that the transaction be canceled or refunded since the merchandise was never received. Their lack of communication and refusal to address this situation has been extremely unprofessional and gives the impression of a scam-like business practice.
