Keep getting calls from someone claiming to be from Civil Dispatch and that I am going to be served with notice and that there is going to be legal action against me. They call my relatives. When called back they will not give a name and address of the business or entity they are calling from. I have asked them to serve me and be done with it. This has gone on for over two years on a daily basis. I block numbers and they continue to call on another number.
