He wanted me to send $400.00 to hold the puppy. However I said we were coming to pick the Doberman puppy up today and pay the full $800.00. He said they don’t except visitors until the weekend. I offered to meet at a police station or fire station for security purposes. He ghosted me. I asked specific questions that he never answered.
