Hardline call received from person claiming that they got information from web that the called person needed multiple windows replaced. Caller wanted to know how many windows needed replaced and by when. Two calls received within two hours. First call did not have the correct address number. The second call did have the correct address. To the best of my and the recipient's knowledge there is no request in our name involving window replacements.
