I received a letter from this company saying they had gotten information on some property that I own in Oklahoma. I called the number they had listed, but the person who wrote the letter was not available. The company does not use a realtor, but puts the money in escrow. The amount of acreage is 120 acres, that they want $ 21,480 which is really low.

We came across this complaint while doing an internet audit or we would not have known it existed. Given there is no date and the values listed, it appears to be quite a long time ago.

We would like to respectfully clarify that we are a property investment company, based in Missouri, that specializes in purchasing land directly from property owners. Our business model involves direct purchases without traditional real estate agents, which allows us to make competitive offers and close transactions efficiently through licensed escrow services. We understand that our offer may appear low compared to perceived market value, but our pricing reflects factors such as immediate cash purchase, as-is condition acceptance, and streamlined closing processes.

We sincerely apologize if our initial contact method or the unavailability of our representative created any confusion or concern. We maintain proper business licensing, and all communications include our contact information and business credentials. Property owners are never under any obligation to accept our offers and are encouraged to seek independent appraisals or verify our legitimacy through appropriate business registries.

We had no intention of offending anyone. We just wanted to make an offer to get a conversation started, if it happened to work out that we could be of service. We make offers on thousands of properties using pricing algorithms and sometimes they are correct and sometimes we get them very wrong. It is obvious we were incorrect on this offer.
