Princess Cruises is sending letters stating that their records show your on-board account on Royal was left unpaid for specific invoices for specific amounts for total $3,416.24. The issue is the identified person didn't take a cruise on Royal and Princess Cruises. They are sending letters from their Credit & Collections Department. This is fraudulent billings and they are sending the letter to the wrong person. You would think they know who is traveling on their ships and that they wouldn't allow someone to use someone else's identification to incur cost. This is wrong and should not happen. Please be aware of fraudulent billings from Princess Cruises.
