We hired Charles (Chuck) Marriner to landscape our parents’ yard. He required money to be sent to him in advance via Walmart to Walmart payment. After sending the money he vanished and did not do the landscaping and did not answer his mobile phone (757) 609-5675 when we called. I also included the landline number (shown above) by scouring various sites.I also provided another address I found for him, as shown above. Be aware of this scammer. He will take your money and not do the work!
