I placed an order with Christian Love Toys on 3/24/25 through their website. I received an order confirmation, and the payment was processed for the amount of $43.99 via credit card. The company’s website indicated that the item would ship within 1-3 days, but I never received the product.

I have made multiple attempts to contact the company through their listed contact form, but I have received no response. It has now been 17 days since the order was placed, and I have no updates regarding shipping or delivery.

At this point, I am seeking a full refund and want to warn others about this issue.
