Reached out to Breeder Chris Kelly / Chris Keller on Facebook 2 months prior & again last week re: adopting puppy “Labrador Retriever for adoption”by Chris Kelly -everything seemed legit except when he contacted us via ‘what’s-up’ he would not show himself on video as I did, yet he sent me a video of the puppy- when I asked him he said he couldn’t do it, it wouldn’t work. I said you just sent me a video of the dog! He also arranged to meet 1/2 way but canceled the last minute & arranged transport then they wanted us to pay $700 to rent crate and be refunded 98% at delivery. I said no. Spoke to breeder again - he gave me a sob story then offered to pay half, I said no. We could meet half way another day or to cancel the deal and refund my deposit of $350. The transport co (Prime Logistics Tracker; Tracking number WPC011586956531-CARGO) Kept calling, saying the dog is stranded there) I told him to contact Breeder Chris Keller who dropped him off and supposedly paid the fees.
