After payment, I was provided shipping information for the supposed order. I was later contacted regarding the shipment and told that additional payments were required before the package could be delivered. The additional payment demands made me suspicious.
I never received the product I paid for. I contacted the seller and requested a refund of my $110, but I have not received a refund.
I have retained screenshots of the communications, payment confirmation, shipping communications, additional payment demands, and my request for a refund. I also reported the transaction to my financial institution and reported the incident to the FTC.
I am submitting this report to document my experience and help warn other consumers about this online seller and similar payment and shipping demands.
