I ordered hair toppers from this company that were listed as human hair and looked great in the pictures and videos. Upon receiving the 3 toppers, they looked nothing like the pictures (not realistic or natural looking) and they are definitely not human hair quality. I even tested some stands and they are clearly plastic. This toppers look extremely fake, no way could you wear them and pass them off as natural looking. I emailed them to inquire about returning them for a full refund, as promised by their website, but they discouraged me sending them back and only offered a 20-30% refund, saying "it would take over a month to return them, and they'll probably get lost, so i should just donate them and take a 30% refund" as their final offer, still insisting that their toppers are high quality. Do not buy from them or you will be very disappointed and you won't be able to get your money back.
