The day the work was to be done. There was no call and no-show by the company. At the end of the two hour window, I called, explained the situation, was told the technician had a flat tire. I rescheduled for the following day, again, a two hour window, and again the company failed to show. A phone call to the company was made in the attempt to get my money refunded. This ultimately resulted in several phone calls to the company. The response was always I need to talk to someone else, a supervisor, etc.
After about three phone calls, I decided to open a dispute with my credit card company. Chimney Sweep was unable to provide the necessary documentation to prove that the work had been done. Because it wasn’t. I did receive a refund from my credit card company.
This also uses the name, SP Chimney And Air Duct.
The technician had arrived in a white unmarked minivan, which I thought was suspicious.
The company also goes by the name Revo Cleaning. They are based in Nashville Tennessee.
