I purchased what I thought was fine jewelry from a Kay's jewelery outlet. When I received confirmation, it came from OdooBot, whatever that is, and referenced My Jewelry Care as the source of the purchase. Right away, I knew something was wrong so I tried to cancel the order and was told it was too late.

For days I tried to get a response but, nothing. The items arrived and were obvious fakes.

As of today, September 15th, I've still not been able to get my money back. Lesson learned the hard way.
