As someone who worked directly for the company, stay away! Ms. Malone — the mastermind behind Chellecomm, Impact Merchant Group, and The Adara Group — I witnessed how these companies partner with Azura Leasing and Executech to scam business owners under the guise of "helping."

A statements rep cold-calls your business, claiming they’ve found over-billing or PCI compliance fees. You’re asked for a merchant statement that you email to statements @ merchantsvcinc dot com, fax, or text to a "secure line" that is an old iPhone.

A sales rep calls back weeks/months later, refreshes your memory, and pitches slightly better rates, wholesale or cash discount program — just enough to earn your trust.

If you try to cancel, your hit with massive termination fees and legal threats from their attorney. I’ve seen it firsthand — pressure tactics, confusing terms, and aggressive follow-up that traps unsuspecting business owners in costly, long-term commitments.

Read the fine print. Don’t send your statement to anyone you don’t trust. And whatever you do — avoid Chellecomm, Impact Merchant Group, The Adara Group, and Azura Leasing.

Call Ms. Malone on her cell phone at (214) 458-3967 and tell her you want out of her scam!

Asked for accounts payable. Said there was an error on our billing statement. Accused me of being rude and when I told him he was misrepresenting who I was he scolded me for my tone of voice. He then hung up.

I work with a legit merchant service provider and these people call and pretend that they are us, claim that they want to "lower their rates" and then send them a merchant processing agreement to sign. Thus locking them into an agreement with a fake company on the side of their legit processing company. This is absolutely the lowest of the low.

Jason from "Arctic Group" called me in Alaska from a Dallas Texas phone number, but when questioned, said he was in Las Vegas! When I looked it up, it came back to Chelle Comm. Same as everyone else's complaint, he says my merchant service account has been overcharged and he wants to help me get a refund. Wouldn't take no for an answer so I told him to call me tomorrow before 9am. I don't know if he knew that I am in Alaska and we are 3 hours behind Central Time! Also, my store doesn't open until 11am and I don't even work tomorrow! Jason was actually polite instead of snarky. If he *does* manage to call me again, I hope that I can talk him into getting a better job than this!

I just received a call from “merchant services” The guy said that my accounts were overcharged because of the recent increase that happens twice a year, and the credit card statements had shown a message I should have responded to. He was very rude and aggressive and telling me that I needed to get the statements out now to go over them. I told him that I would not give out any information, and if he worked for my current processor (which he kept claiming), that he should already have it. I then said that he would need to send me something specific in writing and he made up some excuse. I told him that he was being rude and not to call again. I told him I would not give information over the phone and I hung up.

I just received a call from “merchant services” however my caller ID showed - Chelle Comm. The male said that from August 2022 to now, June 2023, my accounts were overcharged and the credit card statements had shown this message. He was very rude and aggressive and telling me that I needed to get the statements out now to go over them. I told him that I would contact my local rep. and he said they could not help me. I then said that he would need to send me something specific in writing and he made up some excuse. I told him that he was being rude and not to call again. He said no, he was not and that his manager was sitting next to him. (His manager must be the same of the same characteristics). I gave him no information and I hung up. Please beware of these people!

Just got a call from “merchant services” and when I did a reverse phone lookup, it showed it was Chelle Comm. I did not allow the person to engage me because it seemed like a scam. She asked me the same question the others who have posted here were asked and also asked if I wanted to speak to a supervisor. I told her no, and that I was not comfortable with this conversation and ended it. Then I called the company I use for my business transactions and they verified that it was probably a scam and that I did the right thing. Please beware of these people! If you get an icky feeling while talking to them, hang up, because that icky feeling is 100% correct!

I just received a call and decided to see if it was real. I am seeing it more then likely is a scam. I have a local guy that helps and we just did the yearly PCI and all up to date. The lady asked me if I receive our statements through the mail or electronically and I told her electronically and want me to pull it up because she said there was a rate increased. Told her I don't have time and she said she would call back. I told her that is ok, I will get a hold of our local guy and see what he says. She kept trying to talk and I just hung up. These people are relentless. Pretty sure this was a scam

Called and said the month of May's credit card statement had a message of being overcharged and they were calling the businesses affected to reimburse them. You needed to send them a copy of May's statement so they had verification it was you. You only had today to get this information to them -6/30. I told him it sounded like a scam, he said he worked for 1st National which owned a lot of banks and credit card businesses. He was very persistent especially when I said I was busy and this sounds like a scam. I told him if this wasn't a scam then he already had a copy and he could reimburse me. He said he needed a copy to make sure it was really me. Did not give him any information.

I received a phone call from this company, they said they were "Merchant Services" and my PCI compliance is not up to date. (Caller ID said "Chelle Comm." I asked them again where they were calling from because my PCI compliance is up to date and they did not sound like the company I use. She explained that she was from a third party that my merchant service company uses. I thought that was very strange. She then went on to tell me she would have to charge me a non-compliant fee and that I needed to provide her with my last two statements. I told her I was very busy with customers and that if she could email me about it, I would look into the matter later on. She said that I could put her on hold to get the reports but made it to be something I had to do right then and there or else I would be charged this fee. I hung up on her because I felt this was leading into some sort of scam. She also asked me if I get my statements electronically or through the mail. I told her electronically, and then she said that's why I hadn't received their notices and that she would have to fix that with her supervisor. I checked out the phone number online and there have been similar instances. I double checked with my merchant services company and they confirmed that was not them.
