It's a website to check your credit scores. You have to create an account and put in your credit card information but there is a 7 day free trial and you agree to a monthly charge following the trial unless you cancel and they even go so far as to list a phone number and contact information for you to use to cancel. Once you agree there is no where on the site to cancel. The phone number (855-506-9167) is an automated bot which keeps you on hold basically for an indefinite amount of time. Otherwise, there is a "live chat" function. I tried to cancel utilizing this and it again was a "bot" that just went round and round with the same two questions. I finally went into my payment information and changed the billing city, state and zip codes fields which immediately changed the screen to say

"Hang on, an error occurred.

Our team has been notified and is working to sort out the issue.

Please try again later."

My concern is that I submitted my SSN in order to access my credit reports and now that's been stolen! Is there nothing that can be done/looked into?

Was looking for a loan and was asked to setup an account for a free credit check and was linked to this site. It said nothing about monthly charges. My bank denied a payment of $39.90 from them due to lack of funds a month after.
