I never signed up for https://chatbot.app/ and now I have received an email with an invoice charging me an annual subscription. My request for refund was denied based on the following "Message from TAPSUITE YAZILIM HIZMETLERI ANONIM SIRKETI: "Unfortunately, we are unable to process your refund, as your account shows that more than 20 messages were sent, and the refund request was made more than 7 days after the initial purchase according to our refund policy."" This is false as I never received or sent any messages, and did not sign up for the service nor have I ever used it.
