I received a call from Chase Bank Fraud Department saying it my account was compromised. I got suspicious but i called the number on my phone and it rang at Chase. At this point i thought i was actually speaking with Chase. I gave them some information, they sent me a one-time password which i enter and after that they had access to my account. They asked me to delete my bank app and not to use the bank again within 24hs. After hanging the phone i got suspicious again and decided to go to my bank thru the computer. Then i saw the money was wired. Although i reported to the bank on the same day (within 1 to 2hs) they are not able to return the money.
