This letter is to inform you about an important matter regarding the property at (my current address, city,state & zip code) secured by your current lender which is JpMorgan Chase Bank Na. We reserve the right to revoke allocated waiver after 7 days of receiving this notice. Please call IMMEDIATELY as this will be our FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU 888-467-3210. Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm PST, No Saturdays. To speak to a Spanish agent page8am to 5pm PST, no SATURDAYS. The lower 3rd of the page appears to be a check, it reads Home owner ID:xx12341234 (letters and numbers are fake just using them as an example). Allocated Waiver $199.00. To the order of (my name & ex-wife), fallowed by my address, city, state & zip code. Bottom of check reads signature and signature line that is blank. Bottom of check reads the following: Not all consumers have previous coverage. Not affiliated withJpMorgan Chase Bank Na. THIS IS NOT A CHECK. FL License #W330498. The exterior part of the mailing indicates: To Open - Fold and Tear Along Perforation , Where the name and address of the sender is usually located on the upper left portion of the exterior, it reads THIS NOTICE IS TIME SENSITIVE; SENT ON 03/12/25 (below that - INFORMATION FOR THE MORTGAGEE ONLY (& below that) IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED. Middle & left part of exterior reads: Lender Info: Jpmorgan Chase Bank Na , lower & left on exterior (located on left hand corner along perforation, the part to be thrown away reads 48261 (below that) T71 (& below that) P3 . A preprinted postage stamp shows in all black & white and displays a picture of a side image of an American eagle which displays the head, beak & upper part of body only, there are 5 star symbols to left & right of the bird image, the stars form a perfect vertical line from top to bottom, followed by a double circle and the following lettering in between the circles reading mailed from zip code 33431. to the right of the circles reads presorted standard. To the right of this is a vertical line composed of 5 - - - - - (which runs vertically) and to the right of this reads: U.S. POSTAGE PAID PERMIT NO.1535, and below this reads UNITED STATES MAIL. This is all the pertinent facts. There was NO business or individual names on the exterior where traditionally would be provided nor is there an address, city, state or zip. In the interior of the mailing, NO website or email info displayed. Please contact me with any additional info that you might need to pursue this matter with the perpetrator. I hope that you will take this matter as urgently as needed. This is clearly a fraudulent scheme. Thank you for providing this platform.
